She was involve in Malaysia netball team 1994-1999. Represent Malaysia in higher level Commonwealth and World Championships. She received a scholarship from British government to further her study at University of East London (Sports Development) and Master in Health Science (Universiti Sains Malaysia). Her passion towards sports development and talent identification in young children and women in coaching almost two decades, gave a positive movement and transformation in Malaysia. Plus she welcomes giving back and sharing some of her experiences to help coaches to connect and inspire them in continuing coach education. To date she actively lead the webinar session in the coaching development local and international. Besides her responsibility at international level is as committee member for emerging country in sports coaching at International Council for Coaching Excellence (ICCE). She is currently a Director of National Coaching Academy with concurrent position as a board member of International Council for Coaching Excellence. Sports are such a great teacher, so coaches should enjoy teaching a turn, a start, how to push off a wall and how to move your body to do the various strokes. A passionate about athletes, coaching, and sport will led you to the better performance in coaching framework at large.
