SYAHIRAH LATIFF

Syahirah leads the training and education work for Safe Sport in Singapore and has been part of it since its infancy in 2018. With a Masters in Organisational Psychology and background in communication, Syahirah has developed comprehensive training curricula and content tailored to various stakeholders in the sporting community. She has conducted numerous workshops, ranging from general awareness to specialized, sport-specific programs and first responder training, all focused on safeguarding practices in sports. She has also built partnerships and guided Sporting Organisations in their Safe Sport policies and case management work. She has been actively engaged in diverse community team sports since young and currently enjoys playing floorball recreationally. As a parent-coach herself, she actively advocates for safe and positive environments and practices within youth sports.
