REFUND POLICY
If you cannot attend the ICS on the day , you may transfer your registration to another person ( T&C applies). Kindly email us at ics2024@isn.gov.my as soon as possible at least 1 month prior to the event ( 26 June) so we can do all the necessary transfers.
If your abstract is rejected and you do not wish to attend the convention without your abstract, you may get a refund (after any statutory deductions eg. SST) by sending your request to ics2024@isn.gov.my and cc ics2024@isn.gov.my.
No refunds will be issued after the payment been made.
Terms & Condition :
- Transfer from MPS member to Non-MPS member – Price different shall be borne by the participant replacing you
- Transfer from Non-MPS member to MPS member – Refund by MPS after any statutory deductions eg.SST
- In the case of initial registration was made during early bird period and the transfer of registration is made after , no additional payment required
- All refund will be made within 30 days after event done
- The refund will be processed via Telegraphic Transfer from the official MPS bank account to the registered participant only
Disclaimer : MPS has no authority nor responsibility to recommend/suggest candidates as your replacement. Details of your replacement ( including name , membership no , IC/passport etc. ) shall be clearly stated in the email.
